Step 1 - No fanny packs

Step 2 - Learn the language and use it

Step 3 - Don't ask how much money some one makes after you tip them

Step 4 - Take photos of what you see, not of you in front of it.

Step 5 - Remember you're the guest.

Step 6 - Wait til you get back home to wear the t-shirts you bought.

Step 7 - Socks and Sandals? - that's universal.

Step 8 - Locals have normal conversations too. Chat and learn.
